Observing the implementation of an integrated MenA-VAR2 vaccination campaign: challenges and evaluation of post-campaign vaccination coverage
This project is the continuation of a previous project already carried out with the technical and financial support of the HCE Task Force which focused on Improving the effectiveness of an integrated campaign against epidemic meningitis A and measles, through collaborative planning: a case study in Guinea. The purpose of this study is to better document the implementation process and evaluate the integrated campaign in Kankan Prefecture (Health District).
Research Objectives
Evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the MenA VAR2 integrated campaign in the Kankan prefecture (Kankan Health District), including achievement of campaign coverage and outcomes, with a description of the process of implementation; and assess the data quality of administrative vs,. survey data.
