This clinic will showcase evidence-informed design\, implementation\, and data monitoring of Community Engagement initiatives in a diverse range of country contexts and highlights country examples from India\, Madagascar\, and Tanzania\, in mobilizing and co-creating with the community to increase demand and uptake of vaccines. Additionally\, we will also get to learn from experts from various parts of the world – to understand how to systematically reach and effectively engage with communities.

SUMMARY:GONE webinar "Loiasis: a very neglected disease in Central Africa"
DESCRIPTION:Loiasis\, or African eye worm\, is endemic in 10 African countries\, with cases also reported from several others. Over 20 million patients are chronically infected in medium and high transmission regions\, and millions more are infected at least once in their lifetime in Central and West Africa causing significant morbidity and early mortality. Once overlooked\, it is now recognized as a significant cause of illness and economic hardship in remote communities. Join leading experts to explore the latest insights on Loiasis and discuss coordinated strategies to protect vulnerable populations and advance broader elimination goals.
