The Philippines responds to measles outbreak: Following the declaration of an outbreak, local media reported earlier in the month that the Philippines government is conducting an information dissemination and immunization campaign to encourage vaccine uptake and prevent further cases.

According to the article, the campaign will prioritize children, however, adults may still go to local health center to receive the vaccine. The immunization campaign will be conducted through school and community-based delivery channels until March.

As of February 26, the death toll in the measles outbreak in the Philippines has reached 203. Rappler report
