October 2020: Peru runs first national multi-vaccination campaign

Peru ran its first national multi-vaccination campaign October 10 and 11 in the Arequipa region, vaccinating over 14,000 people—significantly exceeding the 5,300-person target. The campaign provided 17 types of vaccinations for prevention of up to 26 diseases and immunized over 6,000 children and adolescents from birth to 17 years and nearly 8,000 adults. Andina; Ministry of Health tweet
