Coalition Charter

This Charter provides an overview of the Coalition vision, purpose, principles, participants, and governance structure.

Program Office

The HCE Coalition is based at the Task Force for Global Health, coordinated by an experienced team of global health experts.

Coalition Partners

The Coalition wouldn’t be possible without its many partners spanning areas of expertise, health domains, geographies and roles across the health campaign spectrum. In addition to the HCE Coalition Leadership Team organizations and program office at the Task Force for Global Health, our partners, and especially the Ethiopian and Nigerian Ministries of Health, are indispensable to achieving the Coalition’s vision.

Work Groups and Task Teams

We draw upon our diverse pool of partner expertise to advance our strategic priorities. Several of our committed partners have participated in prior HCE work groups and task teams, and currently comprise the HCE Coalition’s Campaign Digitization work group and its MERLA task team, focused on monitoring, evaluation, research, learning and adaptation.
