Destiny provides strategic guidance and leadership in designing, implementing and overseeing the monitoring, evaluation, research, learning, adaptation (MERLA) systems that support the effectiveness of integrated health campaigns in Collaborative Action Strategy (CAS) focus countries. She plays a key role in fostering cross-campaign knowledge sharing within the HCE Coalition and among global and country health campaign actors, ensuring the adoption of innovative approaches at scale.
As a global health practitioner and results specialist, Destiny brings over 12 years of experience in developing and managing large-scale learning investments aimed at improving health outcomes for vulnerable populations. In September 2024, Destiny joined TFGH after working for six years with the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) in various roles, where she supported CHAI vaccine program country teams in Nigeria, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Uganda, Cambodia, and Indonesia in expanding access to life-saving vaccines and strengthening healthcare systems. As part of CHAI’s Global Vaccine Delivery Team, she worked closely with country teams to address vaccine inequity by leading initiatives aimed at improving the utilization of Gavi funds to reach zero-dose children and achieve immunization goals. Additionally, she gathered country-specific insights to influence Gavi’s future approach to executing a multi-year strategy on zero-dose vaccination and equity. Destiny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Arizona, USA, and a Master of Public Health in Advanced Biostatistics and Epidemiology from the École des Hautes Études en Santé Publique, France.
