This document presents the Nigerian Collaborative Action Strategy (N-CAS) for Health Campaign Effectiveness, a five-year plan designed to guide collaboration among health campaign programs and corresponding health services. Its primary aim is to maximize the impact of health campaigns on health outcomes while strengthening Nigeria’s health system to provide high-quality, sustainable, and equitable services.
The N-CAS was formally adopted by the Minister of Health during Nigeria’s health sector-wide meeting, the Joint Annual Review, in November 2025.
