This case study document highlights a groundbreaking approach to malaria prevention in Nigeria. This project was a collaboration between Nigeria’s National Malaria Elimination Programme (NMEP) and RedRose.

Over the past three years, NMEP and RedRose scaled efforts to reach 10 million children in under 10 days using a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) strategy. Local volunteers and health workers used their own mobile devices to deliver malaria prevention treatments on an unprecedented scale.
